Enter your full name, country / region and a valid email address.
Set a password of at least 8 characters and confirm it.
Tick the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy box, then click "Create Account".

Open the login page and stay on the "Password Login" tab, or switch to "Email Code Login".
Enter the email address and password you registered with.
Tick "Remember me" to stay signed in on this device, then click "Sign In".
After signing in, your name appears in the top bar and the full buyer workspace is unlocked.
Forgot your password? Use "Forgot password?" to reset it by email.
Type a product, brand or keyword into the search bar and press Enter.
Narrow results with the category menu, filters and sorting options.
Use Image Search to upload a photo, or AI Smart Search to describe what you need in plain language.
Open a product card to review pricing tiers, MOQ, lead time, certifications and supplier ratings.
Shortlist suppliers with Favorites or Compare before you start negotiating.
On a product page set the quantity (respecting the MOQ), then click "Add to Cart".
Open the cart to adjust quantities, remove items or group products by supplier.
Click "Proceed to Checkout" and fill in the shipping address and contact name.
Choose a payment method — Alipay, Bank transfer or Wallet — apply a coupon and place the order.
Trade Assurance protects your payment until the goods are confirmed as described.
Open the Logistics hub and pick a shipping mode: Sea, Air, Land, Train or Container.
Enter the origin and destination country / port plus weight, volume and package count.
Compare quotes and transit times, then book the carrier that fits your budget.
Track your shipment from "Returns & Orders" and follow every milestone in real time.
Landed cost, duty, VAT and estimated shipping are shown on each product page.
